Since our founding in 1985, NTEC Corporation has been built on a single conviction — that quality in manufacturing is not a certificate on the wall, but a discipline practised on every workbench, every day.
For nearly four decades we have had the privilege of serving Japan's most demanding industrial customers: Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Nippon Steel. These relationships were not won by price alone. They were earned through precision, through reliability, and through a willingness to co-engineer solutions that did not yet exist when the conversation started.
Today we are extending that same commitment to customers in the United States. The geography has changed. The standard has not.

Founded in Himeji
Established as a dedicated manufacturer of industrial wire harnesses, serving machinery makers in the Hyogo industrial belt.
Control panel assembly added
Harness work extended into fully assembled and tested control cabinets, letting customers consolidate two vendors into one.
Technical Center opened
A dedicated engineering hub in Himeji for design, prototyping and DFM review, separate from the production floor.
Overseas subsidiaries established
Wholly-owned plants set up to support machining, tooling and procurement behind the Japanese operation.
NTEC Holdings formed
The group reorganised under a holding company, bringing the acquired manufacturers under one structure.
Supporting US customers directly
Working with WHMA, Realhand and Activ8 to bring Japanese harness and panel manufacturing within reach of American engineering teams.
